- Do I need to know Arabic?
- No. Where Arabic appears it is written out in full, with how to say it beneath and what it means beneath that. You are never asked to read it.
- Are there pictures of people?
- No face is drawn on anyone, and no prophet is depicted in any form. The places are painted instead, seen from your child’s own height.
- Which school does it follow?
- Only what the four Sunni schools hold in common is taught. Where they differ, the guide says so plainly, so your family can follow its own practice.
- Has anybody checked it?
- Nothing is printed until a qualified scholar has read it. Every verse is referenced by chapter and verse, every narration by collection and grading.
