A person from our team usually replies within a day or two. There is no contact form here because a form is one more thing between you and an answer.
Things worth writing about
If you think something in a book is wrong, please tell us. A reference in the wrong place or a position stated more firmly than the scholars state it is a defect and we would rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.
If a file has not arrived, or has arrived and will not open, write and we will send it again by hand the same day.
If you teach a class, run a homeschool group, or would like to use a term with more than one family, write and ask. There is a sensible answer and it is not expensive.
Refunds and your data
If something has gone wrong with an order, write to the same address and a person will look at it. Our position on refunds is set out on the refunds page. Anything to do with your personal data, including asking us to delete it, is handled at the same address and is done the same day.
